Understanding family patterns – Systemic constellation workshop for young and old, online

Recognise family dynamics, strengthen bonds and nurture relationships with love. In this practical family workshop, children, teenagers and adults discover in a playful way how family patterns work and how everyone can find their own place.

Through child-friendly and age-appropriate methods of systemic constellation work, a safe space is created for understanding, empathy and new perspectives. This workshop is not a therapeutic service, but an opportunity for self-awareness, nurturing relationships and mutual support.

🌟 What to expect:

  • Systemic work made easy: using floor markers, symbols, figures and movement exercises, family structures become visible – understandable for children, insightful for adults.

  • Understanding rather than judgement: Roles, expectations and communication channels are explored together to foster mutual support.

  • Joint exercises for connection: Cooperation and awareness games, pair and group exercises, as well as small rituals, strengthen trust and togetherness.

  • Strengthening resources: Focus on the strengths, abilities and needs of each family member to promote mutual enrichment.

  • Mindfulness & self-awareness: Short breathing and relaxation exercises help children and adults to be mindful of themselves and others.
