Freedom, connection and lots of fun are the top priorities on my retreats. We get going with music, go into the silence in a meditative manner and become exuberantly creative.
The retreats are each designed specifically for families or adults.

We meet ourselves in art and love. Here we find deep peace and radiant happiness.
Finally give yourself space, development and care for yourself. In the retreat you will embark on the journey to your deep soul and find out what you really want in your life as a person. So you can take your own works of art, wonderful experiences and valuable insights with you from my spiritual breaks.

Family retreat

My family retreats with children offer you a holistic approach for a unique and transformative family break. With heart-opening fantasy journeys, relaxed family yoga and creative painting you can feel and intensify your connection in a new way. Loving surprises await you. Adult retreat
Consciously realign your happiness.
Everything becomes possible when you are in deep connection with yourself through yoga, meditation and self-love. Creative design releases new powers within you - whether with colors or the elements fire, water, earth, metal and wood. Be excited to see what flows again. And look forward to how completely refreshed and happy you will be when you return.

Our adult retreats take place once a month from Tuesday to Friday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
